Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment prior to the start of the project. If materials have already been purchased for your job, the cost of those materials may be deducted from any eligible refund.
After Work Has Started
Once our team arrives on-site and begins any form of labor—including preparation, setup, repairs, painting, or installation—the service becomes non‑refundable. This policy ensures fairness for the time, labor, and resources already invested into your project.
